Keeping fit

Since my membership with the previous gym expired in April, I haven’t really done any exercise (except the 6 out of 8 soccer games that I’ve played and the 5K that I’ve ran/walked for charity). Finally, today I joined a fitness club. The location was quite large and nice. The first impression was really nice and pampering – large pool, steamroom, large gym area, etc. There are lots of dance/yoga/fitness classes. Hopefully, I can get back on track and get my energy level back up. In the past 3 months I’ve noticed a significant drop in energy level and increase in stress. My friend, exercise really helps.

  1. Totally agreed. I’ve been working out more often these days, my body got used to it and just wanted to do more and more. And it feels good, as you said, the energy level goes up. I play soccer every week too, I’m imagining you goal and jump around….

  2. Last nite I went workout and this morning… It was the first time I’ve felt so energetic in the past 6 months. I guess… finally my health is going back up. Been kinda weak since Jan 1, 2007.
