Since my membership with the previous gym expired in April, I haven’t really done any exercise (except the 6 out of 8 soccer games that I’ve played and the 5K that I’ve ran/walked for charity). Finally, today I joined a fitness club. The location was quite large and nice. The first impression was really nice and pampering – large pool, steamroom, large gym area, etc. There are lots of dance/yoga/fitness classes. Hopefully, I can get back on track and get my energy level back up. In the past 3 months I’ve noticed a significant drop in energy level and increase in stress. My friend, exercise really helps.
