Canadian NBA MVP

Finally… a Canadian NBA MVP was born!

Canadian Steve Nash edged Shaquille O’Neal by 34 points to win the NBA’s most valuable player (MVP) award. Nash moved from the Dallas Mavericks to the Suns as a free agent in the off-season and is primarily responsible for Phoenix’s jaw-dropping turnaround from 29 wins in 2003-04 to a league-high 62 wins this season. He is the first player to lead the league in assists and be named MVP since Johnson in 1987.

Clap-Clap-Clap…!!!
